Crumbl Birthday Reward 2026: How to Get Your Free Birthday Cookie
Quick answer: Yes, Crumbl gives a free birthday treat, but only to Crumbl Rewards members with Silver status or higher. Crumbl’s Rewards page lists the birthday perk as a free Single voucher to use on your birthday. Silver unlocks after you earn 500 Crumbs in the current year, which is about $50 in Crumbl purchases at the starting rate of 10 Crumbs per $1. Add your birthday to your Crumbl profile early, then check your rewards in the Crumbl App on your big day.
The Crumbl birthday reward is one of the most popular Crumbl perks, and one of the most confusing. Here’s who qualifies, how to claim your free birthday cookie, what changed in Crumbl Rewards, and what to do if your voucher doesn’t show up.
Does Crumbl Do Birthday Rewards and Freebies?
Yes. Crumbl’s birthday reward is part of the free Crumbl Rewards program. Members with Silver, Gold or Pink status get a free Single voucher for their birthday. Crumbl’s own Rewards blog post lists the birthday reward as a perk that carries over to the higher tiers.
Bronze, the tier every new member starts at, does not list a birthday reward on Crumbl’s Rewards page. So signing up alone is not enough anymore.

Crumbl Rewards Tiers: How Many Crumbs Do You Need?
Crumbl Rewards has four status tiers. Your status depends on how many Crumbs you earn in the current year:
| Status | Unlocks at | Crumbs per $1 | Main perk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Joining (default) | 10 | Member offers |
| Silver | 500 Crumbs | 11 | Free Single birthday voucher, plus voting for Customer Picks |
| Gold | 1,500 Crumbs | 12 | Free bow and sticker on Crumbl gifts |
| Pink | 2,500 Crumbs | 13 | 5% off Sunday pre-orders, 6–8 PM MST, after the weekly drop |
Tier details come from Crumbl’s official Rewards page. Higher tiers keep the perks of the lower ones.
How to Earn Crumbs Faster
- You earn Crumbs on desserts, catering and gift card purchases, plus delivery fees and tips.
- Taxes and service fees don’t count.
- Orders through DoorDash or Uber Eats don’t earn Crumbs. Only orders through the Crumbl App and website do. See how Crumbl delivery works.
- You don’t earn Crumbs on the part of an order paid with a gift card or with Crumbs.
- Crumbs expire one year after you earn them, so use them before then.
Did Crumbl Change the Birthday Reward?
Yes. When Crumbl launched its tiered Rewards program in August 2024, its press release said Bronze members would get a birthday voucher just for signing up. Crumbl’s current Rewards page lists the free birthday Single as a Silver perk instead. If you joined Crumbl Rewards but rarely order, you may still be Bronze and won’t see a birthday voucher.
The same update replaced Crumbl Cash with Crumbs. Crumbl says any old Crumbl Cash is still available under the More tab in the Crumbl App.
Why Didn’t I Get My Crumbl Birthday Reward?
- You’re still Bronze. Check your status in the Rewards tab of the Crumbl App.
- Your birthday was added too late. Add it well before your birthday.
- Your email or notifications are off. Check the email on your account and look for the voucher in the app, not just your inbox.
- The voucher is late. Tasting Table reported in 2024 that some birthday vouchers arrived a few days after the birthday.

How Long Is the Crumbl Birthday Voucher Good For?
Crumbl’s Rewards page describes the perk as a free Single voucher to use on your birthday. Crumbl doesn’t list a longer window on that page. In 2024, Tasting Table reported that birthday vouchers could be claimed for up to 40 days, but check the voucher details in your app and use it on your birthday to be safe.
