Does Crumbl Deliver? Crumbl Delivery Guide 2026 (Fees, Radius & Shipping)
Quick answer: Yes. Crumbl delivers from most of its stores through the Crumbl App and crumblcookies.com, and it’s also on third-party apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats where available. Most Crumbl stores deliver within about 10 miles, and many orders placed in the Crumbl App are delivered by DoorDash drivers. Delivery follows store hours, so there’s no Crumbl delivery on Sundays. Crumbl also stopped shipping cookies in May 2024, so you can’t get Crumbl mailed nationwide.
Here’s how Crumbl delivery works, how much it costs, which app to order from, how far Crumbl delivers and what to do if your order shows up wrong.
Does Crumbl Deliver?
Yes. According to Crumbl’s customer support FAQ, Crumbl offers door-to-door delivery through its website, its iOS and Android apps, and third-party delivery services where available. Most Crumbl stores partner with DoorDash to handle deliveries, so a DoorDash driver may bring your order even when you order in the Crumbl App.
Delivery is local only. Your order comes from a nearby Crumbl store, during that store’s regular hours.

- Choose a delivery time. You can order for as soon as possible or schedule up to three weeks ahead.
- Review the delivery fee, tip and taxes at checkout, then place your order.
- Track your delivery in the app. If you don’t see the progress bar, open More > Order History.
How Much Does Crumbl Delivery Cost?
Crumbl doesn’t publish one delivery fee for all stores. Each store sets its own prices, and Crumbl says to check the Crumbl App for exact pricing when you order. A delivery order usually includes:
- The price of your desserts. See typical Crumbl prices for Singles, 4-packs, 6-packs and 12-packs.
- A delivery fee, shown at checkout.
- A tip for your driver.
- Taxes, and any service fee shown at checkout.
Third-party apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats add their own fees, and their menu prices can differ from the Crumbl App. If you order in the Crumbl App or on crumblcookies.com, your delivery fee and tip also earn Crumbs. See how Crumbs can get you a free Crumbl birthday cookie.

For most people, the Crumbl App is the better choice. You earn Crumbs on every order, and your local store can help if something goes wrong.
How Far Does Crumbl Deliver?
Crumbl says most of its locations have a delivery radius of 10 miles. The easiest way to check your address is to start a delivery order in the Crumbl App or on crumblcookies.com. If you’re outside the delivery area, you can still order for pickup or curbside pickup.
Crumbl Delivery Hours
Crumbl delivery follows your store’s hours. Most stores are open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and some stay open until 11:00 PM or midnight on Friday and Saturday. Crumbl is closed on Sundays, so there’s no Sunday delivery, but you can order on Sunday and schedule delivery for Monday.
Crumbl is also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. See our full guide to Crumbl hours and Crumbl Thanksgiving hours 2026.
Does Crumbl Ship Cookies?
No. Crumbl says it discontinued shipping cookies in May 2024, so you can’t have Crumbl mailed to another city or state. Crumbl delivery is only available from a local store.
Want to send Crumbl to someone far away? A Crumbl gift card lets them order from their own nearby store. If they live close to a Crumbl, you can also place a delivery order to their address.
Can You Get Free Crumbl Delivery?
Crumbl doesn’t list a regular free delivery offer. Crumbl Rewards members sometimes get special offers in the app, so keep notifications turned on. If you pay for a DoorDash or Uber Eats membership, its delivery perks may apply to Crumbl orders placed in that app, but those orders won’t earn Crumbs.
The easiest way to skip delivery fees is curbside pickup. Order in the Crumbl App, park in a curbside spot, tap I’m Here and a crew member brings your order to your car. Curbside pickup isn’t available at every store.
